We collect personal and operational data necessary to deliver the Crewmark platform, including your name, business email, phone number, company details, team roster information, job photos, and checklist records.
We do not store or process your credit card information directly on our servers. All subscription payments and merchant transactions are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Financial data is handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's strict security and privacy standards.
Your data is securely stored and isolated using enterprise-grade cloud providers: Vercel for hosting, Supabase for relational database storage and authentication, and Resend for transactional email notifications.
Operational data created during a 14-day trial is preserved upon trial expiration. If an account does not transition to a paid plan, the account moves to read-only status for 3 days before full operational suspension. Data is not immediately deleted, allowing users to restore access by subscribing.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or complete deletion of your account and personal data. To initiate a data deletion request, email support@getcrewmark.com.
