By accessing or using Crewmark (getcrewmark.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Crewmark is operated and owned by Nabil Ahmed Ali Elhady Ali ("we", "us", or "our").
Crewmark is a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing field operations, quality control, dispatching, and recurring scheduling tools for cleaning and service organizations. We offer a single dynamic subscription plan consisting of a Base Organization Fee ($49/month including up to 3 crew seats) with graduated per-seat pricing for additional team members.
Only designated Organization Owners have the authority to manage billing subscriptions, payment methods, and seat upgrades. Managers and Crew Members can perform operational duties but are strictly restricted from modifying subscription tiers or incurring charges.
We offer a 14-day free trial with unrestricted access to all platform features. No credit card is required to initiate the trial. To prevent abuse, we reserve the right to enforce account verification (such as unique phone/domain verification) and rate-limit duplicate trial registrations.
You agree to use Crewmark strictly for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your organization.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nabil Ahmed Ali Elhady Ali and Crewmark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or operational disruptions resulting from your use of the service.
